Business Analyst:

• Understand SDLC and Agile Scrum: Apply knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models and Agile Scrum framework to manage and execute projects effectively.
• Communication and Leadership: Utilize excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, decision-making, logical thinking, and analytical skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Requirements Analysis: Identify gaps between business requirements and product functionalities, and propose viable solutions to bridge those gaps.
• Sprint Activities: Participate in Scrum team activities and assist the Product Owner with Sprint Prioritization and backlog grooming.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Development Team during implementation to ensure that designs and requirements are accurately followed.
• Presentation Skills: Demonstrate strong presentation skills to engage with senior executives and other stakeholders.
• Team Contribution: Act as a team lead when required and contribute as a collaborative team player.
• Documentation: Gather and document business requirements, organize them into user stories and tasks, and maintain business-level documentation.
• Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between business clients, the development team, the testing team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.

  • Testing Expertise: Apply knowledge of SDLC, Agile Scrum, and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) to ensure comprehensive testing of software applications.
  • Test Fundamentals: Understand testing fundamentals, defect management, and various testing processes and techniques.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the product meet quality standards.
  • Test Case Development: Write and execute functional and non-functional test cases, ensuring thorough coverage and accuracy.
  • Issue Communication: Communicate issues and defects to developers clearly and work with them to resolve problems efficiently.
  • ETL Testing: Develop and execute test plans and test cases for ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in business analysis and quality assurance.
• Skills:
